NightWatchman® from 1E is one such product, so we are delighted to have achieved approved supplier status for supplying 1E software.

NightWatchman is the market leading software solution for remotely powering down computers within a network. It saves data, closes applications safely and then powers down PCs to any state desired. The solution provides high-speed reporting on cost, energy and carbon emissions savings. .

NightWatchman has been designed to empower enterprise and small to medium sized businesses to significantly reduce their energy costs and their impact on the environment by enforcing corporate power schemes.

It is estimated that the average PC costs £32 extra per year if not powered down at night and uses an extra 526Khw of power (35 trees are needed to absorb the same amount of CO2!).
