Executive coaching

Coaching is an extremely effective method of enabling an individual to identify and adopt the right mindset, behaviour and competence to achieve personal and organisational success.  Individuals may need coaching for a number of different reasons – whether these are identified by themselves or by their organisation.  We coach individuals from all levels up to CEO and take steps to ensure a good match between coach and coachee in terms of experience and rapport.  Typically, we recommend conducting a 360-degree feedback process for each coachee followed by a series of coaching sessions to address existing issues and new challenges as they emerge.

 

Facilitation

How effective are your team meetings, leadership off-sites, strategy sessions, etc.?  In our experience, such interactions are notably more effective and prove a far better use of your time when facilitated by a credible, competent third party. Whether it be for teambuilding, strategy work, conflict resolution, or any other situation which calls for skilled handling of interpersonal factors, logistical issues, or other pressures, our experienced facilitators provide crucial support, challenge and guidance to ensure that you get the most out of your meetings.

 

Profiling

Having an understanding of how your people think and perform is critical in planning what your future organisation should look like.  We can work with you through this, from defining the criteria against which you will assess your people, through to developing and delivering appropriate interventions.  While our expertise in profiling extends far beyond psychometrics, we are also qualified in an extensive array of such tools, which can be used to complement selection and assessment, and individual and team development. Some of the tools we use are: Myers-Briggs, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Firo-B, Neo-PI, Belbin, MAPP, 16PF and Strengthscope.  Some of the projects we have helped clients with in the area of profiling include:

  • Developing competency frameworks
  • Assessment Centres (for selection / recruitment)
  • Development Centres (for developing your people / identifying talent)
  • 360-degree feedback - we can collect feedback using various methods, from face-to-face interview to online questionnaire.

How we do it

We have great depth and breadth of experience in our team, and can bring our ideas and case studies of past work which may well resonate with your needs.  However, what makes us different is recognition that each organisation is unique and therefore has a particular set of needs to be explored.  Getting to know your organisation by gathering feedback from your people on what they really think and feel is, we feel, the best way to identify the issues.  We then develop recommendations using both this data and your objectives.
