Shift F7 Learning Credits

More than ever, organisations are under pressure to obtain the best value from every investment - Learning & Development is no different. In addition to value, flexibility is crucial; learning requirements can quickly evolve with staff and key objectives changing with the needs of the business. To ensure that you derive maximum benefit from your training budget, whilst retaining control and flexibility, Shift F7 has developed ‘Learning Credits’.

Learning Credits allow you to allocate an education fund to be utilised within a 12 month period. Credits can be used against any Shift F7 course or learning service and also any of the impressive range of training available through our best of breed partner network - on a national basis, both off and onsite.  By purchasing a Learning Credits plan, you will be able to realise significant discounts on the cost of your learning needs. The commercial principle is simple – the more credits purchased the higher the discounts included.

Shift F7 Learning Credits can be purchased in one of two ways:

1. All training needs are identified so the appropriate number of credits can be purchased.
2. Credits are purchased in line with an available budget and requirements are delivered on a priority basis.

Credits are payable in advance and valid for 12 months.
